For this reason, consider instilling a rule where you don't watch any TV or use any of your devices one hour prior to going to bed. If this means that you need to leave your cell phone downstairs when you go to bed then this is what you need to do. Read a Book

Despite what you might think, book companies and stores are still very much in operation and can sell you the paperwork you know and remember. Reading these books is not only a great way to relax your mind and help you to drift off to sleep, but they can also sharpen your vocabulary while you do it! When choosing your reading material, be sure to steer away from anything periodical or which revolves around the news. For example, stick with novels which are about topics you enjoy and which will take your imagination away and help your mind to forget about the day's stresses.
